Hospitality

If you are passionate about making people feel good and enjoy receiving guests and making them feel at home, whether greeting from the front or behind the scenes setting the scene. There is a place for you here. If it is your first time serving at Casa Betel, the hospitality area is an excellent start, where every week we prepare to provide an unforgettable experience for all our guests.

NEXT STEPS

You are passionate about making people feel seen, welcomed and loved. This area of ministry exists to help newcomers as well as veterans identify new steps to grow their faith and integrate into our family. Clearly, with passion and enthusiasm we regularly share the vision by providing Next Steps for people to achieve the abundant life Jesus promised through authentic community, the satisfaction of service and the joy of sharing God's love with all.

Children

If you are passionate about investing in the next generation and equipping them to transform the world. Children's ministry is the area for you, with a dynamic and electrifying environment where we serve the children and parents of Bethel Church. Creating safe and irresistible environments where our little ones can learn to walk with Jesus and experience authentic community.

Opportunities to serve on our team include: Welcome, group leader, teachers, communicators, hospitality, arts.

Youths

If you are passionate about teenagers, inspire them to follow Jesus by helping them develop authentic faith and equipping them to share it in their communities. Through mentoring in an irresistible environment designed to deepen your relationship with God and create lasting friendships in your small groups (Betel Connect) Providing you practical ways to serve others, grow spiritually and actively participate in the life of the church.

Security

If you are passionate about protecting and serving others, you will feel good in this area of service. Being responsible for providing security to maintain order, a welcoming and safe environment for all who come to our facilities.

Maintenance

If you are passionate about order and beautifying spaces, the maintenance area is the place for you. Committed to creating irresistible environments, always looking for ways to refresh spaces, organizing and creating functional opportunities in each place at Casa Betel.

Careful

If you are passionate about helping people grow in community and experience the abundant life that Jesus designed one step at a time with love and patience, this area of service needs you. Focused on equipping God's children with the biblical training, emotional support, and spiritual guidance necessary to navigate seasons of hardship and unexpected change. Being collaborators with the Holy Spirit in the restoration, transformation and healing available through the work of Christ.

Opportunities to serve on our team include: Coordinators, prayer, counseling, communicators, special events.

Worship

If you are passionate about leading people to Jesus through songs and melodies. If you are committed to developing your talents either as a singer or musician, willing to learn and work as a team. The Adoration ministry has a heart that burns for the presence of God and longs to lead others to fall in love with Jesus in a constant search for the presence of God, in communion with the Holy Spirit.

Media

If you have a passion for excellence, what is visually attractive, creativity and the arts, this is a space to develop yourself. Intentional about creating environments that inspire people to follow Jesus and grow in community. Through technology, the arts, writers and editors and social media managers.
